A surgeon at Sterling Hospital notices a string of bizarre accidents —IVs yanked out of arms, medication getting misplaced, and surgeries going horribly wrong after he is unable to save his own daughter from death at the hands of a brutal murderer. The surgeon becomes convinced that the killer’s spirit is still roaming the hospital, especially after the untimely deaths of several staff members. But just as the surgeon is ready to walk away from the hospital and all its dangers, his daughter’s spirit attempts to communicate.
